Here Comes the Sun!!! Perfect beach get away! Located in exclusive Barrier Dunes, this property is well maintained and is equipped with everything that you need to have a wonderful vacation and is just steps away from the sugar white beaches of Cape San Blas!

Comfortable, well maintained, pet friendly 2 BR/2BA townhome just steps away from the sandy beaches of Cape San Blas. Here Comes The Sun is located in Barrier Dunes, a gated community, on the north end of Cape San Blas next to St. Joseph State Park. Barrier Dunes has paved roads, streetlights, two swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, stocked fishing ponds, and a playground!

The exterior has an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water and storage closet that is equipped with beach chairs and toys. From underneath the unit there is access to the boardwalk that leads to the beach. There is parking for two vehicles or a car and small boat.

On the first level you will find the living room, dining area, outside deck, kitchen, full bath and bedroom.

The living room has tile flooring, a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, and a 55" smart flat screen television. From the living room you can access the outside open deck. The deck is spacious and has outdoor seating for six and a gas grill. The stairway that is off the deck gives you access to the boardwalk that leads directly to the beach.

The dining area has seating for 6 with two stools for additional seating at the kitchen bar. The kitchen comes well stocked with dishes, cookware, baking utensils, crockpot, blender and a coffee maker.

The bedroom on this level has a queen bed, dresser, full size closet and mounted flat screen television. There is also a private balcony with seating that overlooks the dunes.

The second level has the master bedroom, master bath and laundry room. You will also find a private deck with gulf views.

The master bedroom is very spacious with a king bed, nightstands, dresser, 55" smart flat screen television and additional seating area. There is also a walk in closet, additional shelving for storage and double vanity. Located in an adjoining room next to the walk in closet are the shower, toilet and garden tub. The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Truly the most amazing feature of the master bedroom is the private deck that has a stunning view of the gulf and is equipped with 2 bistro height Adirondack chairs and table. You will love enjoying the views and stunning sunsets of Cape San Blas!

Here Comes the Sun provides towels and linens for your convenience as well as start up supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent and laundry detergent. We want you to enjoy your visit and strive to have everything you need to make your stay a memorable one!

We love the location and beach access just a short walk away. The condo was as always, well furnished, equipped and clean. Noticed the new paved walkway first thing and how much better it looked. Beach accessories a plus even though we just used the big umbrella. Will continue staying this location on future trips. "Girls Only Trip 2017"

"Had a great week w/daughters & granddaughters ! Accomadations we're very nice - everything we needed (even to a crockpot). Didn't do much cooking but it did come in handy one evening lol ! "1st Time in Condo"

"This was our 2nd trip to Barrier Dunes and 1st time staying in a condo. This place was spotless throughout and beautifully decorated. We loved the location and the short walk to the beach. The outside shower was a plus getting the sand off. Our peke loved laying on the deck soaking up the sun. The beach was more crowded this trip, but everybody settled in and became neighbors very quickly. We found some of the most beautiful shells just up the beach from our unit. Except for 2 days rain, we had one of our better vacations to FL. "Perfect combination of beauty and quiet beach"

"Here Comes the Sun was an excellent choice for a family of four with a Springer Spaniel. The townhouse was very clean and close to the beach. Communication with Stefanie was easy and responses were quick. Stefanie and Deb were available on a moment's notice. That may be the nicest outside shower in Barrier Dunes. The second floor balcony view of the ocean is a big bonus. The beach and peninsula is gorgeous and not crowded. As remote as Cape San Blas seems, we were still able to find great places to eat, shop, and visit within half an hour. The beach, pools, tennis courts, and turtle ponds were a hit with our daughters. There's no Keurig coffee maker as listed but we managed. No beach toys either which is pretty standard for Barrier Dunes. It may be time to consider a larger flat screen tv that families and couples turn to on cold and rainy days or nights. Mentioning the Blu-ray players would be a nice heads up. We brought standard DVDs. Overall the place was beautiful and clean, the location was stunning and peaceful, and the managers were top notch. "We were able to rent this unit last minute just a few days ago. Our plans were changing by the hour and the owners were incredibly understanding and helpful.
The townhouse itself is just beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice. It was spacious and very comfortable. There was a griddle, crockpot, Tupperware, basic cleaning supplies, plenty of towels and extra bedding. Great wifi. The beach is amazing. Very clean, peaceful, never crowded. I could've spent a year there.
